Hi everybuddy. Y’know…I love me some chicken. Sometimes the lady with the yellow hair will cook up some chicken just for me. But now that we’ve found these new Fancy Feast® Purely Filets, there’s no need for her to do that anymore.
As part of the Chewy Blogger Outreach Program, we were sent these new Fancy Feast Purely Filets to try. These treats are made of 100% real, natural, all white meat chicken with no by-products and no artificial preservatives. They’re high in protein and low in fat. The ingredients include just chicken, chicken broth and salt. The salt concerns us a little bit, but because these are to be fed as a treat, the amount of salt shouldn’t be a problem.
They come packaged individually in stay-fresh pouches that make them easy to serve. Just tear open the package…and let the nomming begin!
Oh! My! Cod!…I mean…Chicken! Look at this! I have my very own chicken filet! These filets can be served whole, flaked or as a food topper to get that finicky eater…like me…to eat more.
And let me tell you…these filets ARE tasty! Better than that dry ol’ cooked chicken the lady with the yellow hair gives me.
The recommended feeding instructions are one filet per day for an average size adult cat. They are not intended to be fed as a meal though I sure could make a meal out of them if given the chance. In addition to chicken, these Fancy Feast filets also come in Alaskan salmon, chicken in tuna broth, ocean fish, and tuna flavors. Chewy.com sells them in a 10-pack box for $19.99 which might seem a little pricey, but for the size and quality of the filets, they’re worth it.
Now the lady with the yellow hair won’t have to cook chicken for me anymore…which is a good thing, because honestly…she’s not much of a cook.

whenever i bake a chicken the boyz are all over it. it isn’t a matter of if they will get a treat, it’s how soon…
Listen you are one lucky kitty with those chicken filets! We always enjoy Fancy Feast and never tried the chicken filets but will check them out. And of course we are Chewy fans….

Mine wouldn’t do anything but lick the tuna version. The filet is awfully big for one cat. After I broke it up into pieces, my cats happily ate the entire thing 🙂
After it was broken into several pieces, Zoey happily ate the entire filet herself. And asked for more!

Wow, that sure looks like a whole meal! I’m not sure Sam would go for that, she likes her food prepared in bite sized pieces with lots of gravy. LOL
TW saw these in the supermarket last week and was on the fence about buying them. Perhaps after reading your review, she will. She’s have to shread it really small for me.
