I just invented this new yoga stretch…the Tummy Twist!!
If you try it…remember to keep your toesies pointed!!

  2. youz getting a rilly good stretch, nao let gravity slip you slowly down teh side of teh bed for a good spine stretch too!

  25. That’s amazing Zoey! The top half of your body is turned one way, and the bottom half, the other way! What flexibility!

    Domino likes to do Tai Chi stretches and positions which are quite like yoga. The key is to hold it for a long time. Looks like you have that down pat!
