You guys! Here’s a selfie I took a couple of weeks ago while I was in the sunroom.
Y’know…I haven’t been in the sunroom lately. We have a small infestation of bees in there right now. The mom says they’re more like yellow jackets than bumblebees.
They’re not bothersome…they mostly fly around the windows…probably trying to get out. But since I like to sit by the windows, the mom doesn’t really want me in there where I might get in trouble with one of them. You don’t wanna tangle with a bee…am I right??

You are right, Ernie! We have been getting a lot of what looks like small wasps in the window. They are not proper wasps so I let them out again.
Definitely best to leave them sort of things alone. That’s a lovely selfie, hopefully, when they move on, you’ll get your sunspot back again.

Oh dear…..bees aren’t terribly NICE sometimes so I hope they keep their distance Ernie. Give them the evil eye if they get too close!!

Yeah, stay away from those things with stings! We had one get inside the big window that goes to the floor. Mum almost opened it and let it inside! YIKES.
Ernie, we find that very scary that the bees have taken over your sunroom. Will the leave when fall comes? We have been inundated by ants this summer. Drives our mom crazy. We hope the bees don’t bother you! We have our own bumble bee nest we are happy to have.

Yep, you do NOT tangle with bees Ernie, they are not friendly close up (although we would be a dead plant without them so… distance and respect).

Let them bees/yellow jackets alone…best to MYOB in this case…in a different room. Hope they decide to find another dwelling soon…or get nixed when its dark.
Messing around with bees and wasps is a bad thing. Hopefully they will fly away.
