Hey guys! It’s the end of October…and Halloween is just a couple of days away. This year is zippin’ by fast! Before you know it, we’ll all be eating turkey…and then putting up that inside tree and waiting for Santa Paws.

Being that it’s the end of the month, it’s time for Pet Photo Fails…the blog hop hosted by our friends, Melissa and Mudpie over at Melissa’s Mochas, Mysteries & Meows. You guys know how this works. All you gotta do is post a blooper photo of your pet…one of those pictures that just didn’t turn out right and would normally end up in the recycle bin.

I’ve got some Halloween-themed bloopers for you this time. These photos are totally untouched except for some cropping, resizing and adding our watermark.

The mom was trying to get me to play in my haunted house but do you think I cooperated? Of course not! I’m a cat!! Cats do what they want…not what they are asked to do.

Here’s the first fail.

Besides being kinda dark and blurry…and the fact that you can’t see my head…I wouldn’t go inside! Who knows what monster might be lurking in there?

BUT…after checking the house out and determining there were no ghouls or goblins around…

I finally went in. But once again, bad lighting and blurriness makes it almost impossible to see me. Be honest…can you see me in there??

Okay…so this one’s a little better…but still not the best.

She finally gave up trying to take photos. I sure didn’t make it easy for her…once again.

  1. Blurry or not you are a cutie Ernie! We hope you will learn to love your Halloween house!

  2. What can one do, Ernie, with cameras that aren’t designed to capture the magnificence of housepanthers!
    It’s the camera’s fault…truly!

  3. Those are fun bloopers. It is luck you had an eye open!

  4. I saw an Ernie eye in that first one!

  5. I don’t see any fails here and black cats and Halloween go together purrfectly.

Have a fabulous day and weekend. ♥

  6. I saw you Ernie! Cute house.

  7. Ernie, photographing a black kitty inside a dark house is difficult. But it makes the photos perfect for a spooky Halloween.

  8. Even if they are bloopers, that’s one cool house you got there!

  9. Pawsome fails…and you look great in there!

  10. Cute bloopers. 🙂 XO

  11. Those were pretty darn cute Ernie!

  12. Oh man! We love that spooky house. Our Mumsy has all kinds of trouble trying to take Oliver’s picture. It is so hard to get the light right to see him, but not glare or washout everything around him… or blind him with the flash! Have a super great weekend!

  13. Whoa! You’re right! There’s a big black cat in that house! Oh wait, that’s you. Sorry. Cool fails!

  14. Well, we could see a couple little light points what we presume was your eyes!! Hey if its supposed to be spooky, than that one is purrfect, not a fail at all!

  15. That looks like a fun house scratcher, even though your human couldn’t get a decent photo of you with it.

  16. Good job making it almost impossible for your Mom to take a photo of you in that Halloween house Ernie! My motto is never make anything EASY for anyone but ME. I think you may have the same motto??????

    Hugs, Teddy

  17. We can see you, Ernie, even if it’s only parts of you and even though it’s blurry. Fun fails, my friend, fun fails.

  18. Aww, we always love seeing you, even in bloopers, Ernie!

Your haunted house is super cute, by the way.

  19. I think you pretty well sneaked into the house avoiding FBI Surveillance

  20. What a fab house to play inside. Even if we have to step on you to get inside, Ernie. mol

  21. I think your bloopers are great, Ernie. I see right through them…MOL…Extra Pawkiss ♥
