Hi guys. We had beautiful weather all weekend long. Warm temperatures and LOTS of sunshine. I made sure I took advantage of every sun puddle and soaked up as much sun as I could. Because you know it won’t be long before sun puddles will be hard to find.

After this weekend, my sun tank should be pretty full.

  1. Smart Ernie, keep that tank full!

  2. It was pretty chilly this weekend out on the boat. We had a good time though. Not as good as you, but still good. I’m glad your sun tank is full.

  16. You are right, Ernie. We are getting very heavy rain again as usual.

  17. Good idea to soak it all up. XO

  18. Ernie, you look very slinky-like!

  19. All the super weather in the last week has been grate! Mum spent so much time outside today cuz it will be the last super nice day.

  20. Ya CANT get too much sunpower. After moons of rain, we tke all we can get!

  21. Ernie you’re right – soon the sun puddles will be tough to find and we’ll be looking for heating grates and fireplaces and the “occasional” sun spot in the house. Sigh. It’s inevitable though – winter really WILL get us !!

  22. That looks like a comfy sunpuddle, Ernie

  23. Ooh, a pussycat can never have too much sun in the tank. Winks.

  24. We’ve been doing the same thing! With any luck, the sun puddles will last a bit longer.

  25. We have been having beautiful weather as well. Enjoying it while we can.

  26. This weekend was glorious, huh, Ernie? We loved the warm temps and sunpuddles here, too!

  27. Lots of sun here today. Cooler but lots of blue skies and sun.

  28. Around here, the sunpuddles last longer than they do up in the frozen north where you are. AND there’s a nice heaty spot on the baffroom floor that is right over the boiler room downstairs. It is nice and toasty on 100% of the days, though not as pleasant on my top furs as the sunpuddles. Still, warm is warm. Good to see you and glad to see Zoey looking good (even with that cat-growth coming out of her head!)

  29. Hey, you may have so much that you could mail a little to us next week when it rains for 3 days, yes? Glad you are having a bask, Ernie. But we’re still looking for the smell….it comes and goes. Mama baked olive bread and that helped haha.

  30. It’s definitely the season to catch every sunpuddle you can.

  31. Smart move! We just had a warm streak here and the cats filled up their suntanks too! (love that expression by the way!)

  32. Glad the sun was out for you! I hope it lasts at least a bit longer.

  33. You are wise to stock up on the sunshine, Ernie!!

  34. There is nothing that compares to a sun puddle! Enjoy!
