Hi everybuddy. Y’know…spring sure is taking its sweet ol’ time getting here.
I mean, it’s already the middle of April and we’re still getting snow! What’s up with that??
But the other day, we saw one sure sign of spring’s arrival.
Look what showed up. Baby geese!
They seem to be a little early this year. Last year we didn’t see babies until the end of April. It will be fun to watch these guys grow up.

There is another snowstorm bearing down on us right now…wonder if I have enough time to go for my daily walk before?!?
Those baby geese are just too cute. We are having pretty good weather here. Have a super day.
Cute baby geese, bet they’d be a tasty morsel for you. MOL!
We got some snow yesterday too…mom bean says spring better come soon. She’s getting cabin fever.
I can’t remember ever seeing baby geese before, they are precious!
Mom said she gets to see them too. It is a sweet sight.
Aw so sweet!
Zoey you have itty bitty downy geeses…too sweet. We saw a set of parents and triplets on the creek during our walk today
hugs Cecilia
Snow in April is just crazy! We don’t have snow here but it’s been a chilly week.
The baby geese are adorable 🙂
How cool to see those baby geese. We have not seen any baby things yet :/
We did see some snowflakes though! Even when the sun was shining!

That’s a sign of spring for sure. Adorable.
Have a purrfect day and weekend. My best to your mom. ♥
Oh, aren’t they so cute!! In spite of the weather, it does seem like some spring things are earlier this year. We’ve lost our mountain of snow on the side of the house, and last year it was late April before it was almost gone.
We’re just starting to see some birds around here building their nests.
Yeah it is cold here too. When I was little we used to have honkers come into the yard but Dad says they built houses where the pond used to be so they only come now and then now. Progress Sigh
Aww, how cute! I hope that means the sun is soon to follow.
Well we haven’t had snow but it sure is still COLD out there! How CUUUUUUTTTTEEEEE that you can watch those babies growing up right outside your window…………..fun!
Hugs, Teddy

The baby geese are cute. We have several birds nests in our Leylandii hedge and the birds seem to be using our garden as their flight path when coming back with beaks full of insects.
You have a wonderful view.
Mom loves seeing the baby geese and ducks every year, but she will probably miss them this year as our greenway is closed. That’s where she would see them, as it runs along the river. Enjoy. They’re so cute! This afternoon the sun was shining and snow flakes were falling, lol.
You sure will have fun watching those baby geese sweet Zoey! Snow, dang!!!!
Love the babies! I just had two mallard ducks land in my backyard and eat seeds off the ground from the birdfeeder! And I don’t’ even have a lake nearby!
don’t hate us, Zoey, but we have temps in the low 80’s these days. we DON’T have your pawsome Goose network on our bird tv though 🙂 the babies gave us a squee 😀 have a great weekend!

They are so cute
Same here, Zoey, w/o the geese. Even though it’s still in the 40s and 50s, people are sure dressing like it’s summer. Shorts and bare midriffs. Really!
How cool to see the baby geese!
Baby geese! So cute. Hope they stayed warm and cozy with all the snow we got.
Sheesh, its spring, Mother Nature, did you forget??
Cute now, then they grow up to poop all over the place!
Wow, you already have baby geese? We haven’t seen any yet, but we bet we will soon. We hope the snow you got was not too cold for those little ones.
