Hey guys! Are you ready for some football?? Today is Super Bowl Sunday…the biggest football day of the year here in the U.S. of A. Now I know that not everybuddy is a football fan. Purrsonally, the only bowl I like is a filled-to-the-brim food bowl. Now that’s a Super Bowl!

Today’s big game is between the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs. It should be a good game. If not…there’s always the half-time show and all those commercials.

And just in case one of those teams might need me to play…I’ve suited up and am ready to go.

  1. You look ready and rearing to go, Ernie.

  2. Well it sure looks like you’re ready to play! No big game on here today. Mom and dad aren’t big on football, and usually only watch if the you-know-whos are in it since they both are from New England.

  3. Ernie, you look fab in your helmet!
The Hubby will watch the game; I have books to read!

  4. You looks so ready to play, Ernie! We will be watching the Kitten Bowl, and the Puppy Bowl, too. One of the PAWS puppies (Sadie) is playing in the Puppy Bowl this year! 🙂

  13. Erns, they would be wise to put you in the game, ’cause with your leadership and skill the team would be sure to win! I’m not sure who Dad and Mom are rooting for, but I’ll be crossing my paws that your team wins, whichever one that may be. Tee hee hee. Hugs.

  14. I liked Kansas City so will root for them. Mind you team cat is looking good 🙂

  20. You’ll be the cutest player on the field!

  21. Ernie, with all those extra toesies, any team would want you for being able to hold on to that ball! Go Chiefs!!!

  22. We missed all of it – my human was doing chores and thought that was more important than any of the bowls! Can you believe that?

  23. Ernie, we hope you got to run with the ball and score a TD!!

Petcretary only got to see bits and snatches of the game as she was working. Pawppy watched the puppy, and kitten bowls at home…he wasn’t interested in the game itself. MOL!

  24. We know now that the Chiefs called you in and you saved the day, Ernie! 🙂

  25. We didn’t watch the game, but I could hear our neighbors cheering next door!
