Well, that’s certainly a mystery, Ernie! If there is fire where there is smoke, then there surely must be a bird where there is a feather! Happy hunting!
We think feathers are the best toys ever! And we know cats aren’t supposed to admit this, but we like them better when they are not attached to a bird!
We adore fevvers. Whenever Mom or Dad walk on the beach (several times a week) they bring us back a fresh seagull fevver each. We love the smell and paly wiv them for hours. We hafta throw the previous ones away though – ‘cos Mom said otherwise it would look like a bird-menagerie in here! We’re not sure what a bird-menagerie is – but it sounds fun!
:Whispers: Don’t tell Mom we visited – we’re under house arrest for being norty!
Just one feather, Ernie? I guess this will show whether you are an optimist or pessimist. The pessimist would say some other cat already took away the rest of the bird, and the optimist would say “There’s gotta be a bird here somewhere!” 🙂

Oops, sorry Ernie…I think I already chased it away!
Have a nice Sunday!

Hmmm…..that’s going to take some investigating!!
Sniffie and the Florida Furkids
If one feather looks that cool, we can’t imagine how much fun the whole bird would be!
We thinks the birdie that feather fell out of is playing a trick on you. Best be on your guard!
Hope you all are having a great weekend on the Island!
Boy, youz is lucky ta hab dat fevver ta sniff at and ta play wif. We iz gonna ask our momma ta go outside ta find one fur us!☺
Ooooh! Hunting and a mystery to solve. Quite a day ahead of you Ernie!

That feather looks like it came off of an awfully big bird! Be careful in your hunting!
Judging from the size of that fev-ver, that bird just may be doing a little hunting itself. Be careful!
Hmmm…did Wally take the bird and just leave you a feather?
I bet that is one cool bird. I hope you find the rest of it
Did you find the rest of the bird? Maybe somecat else beat you to it.

A mystery! We’d very much like to see that birdie. It might be a big one. Happy hunting.

Careful looks like a big birdie.
Did you find that big birdie?
Take the fevver and run with it!

You don’t suppose an evil squirrel brought it in as a decoy, do you?
Good luck Ernie, it looks like one big bird.
