Hey guys. So here I was…sound asleep on the chair. When the mom woke me up and insisted I had to take my selfie.
Now why I had to take it right then and there, I don’t know. But there’s no figuring humans out, am I right?
So needless to say, I was feeling and looking a little grumpy…and my selfie shows that.
The moral of this story? Selfies can wait…let sleeping cats lie.

Oh amen and AMEN! When will the humans learn that there is nothing, and I mean nothing, worth waking a cat up for. Well, unless it’s the fact that the Female Human is preparing to unleash the vacuum monster from it’s closet. A gentle heads up would be appreciated, even during nap time.

Yes, Ernie, that’s a good moral. Humans and their cameras are so annoying. I was snoozing on the recliner with the lady yesterday and she took my picture. I jumped down immediately and resumed my nap behind the recliner. I think she learned her lesson. You do an excellent grumpy selfie!

A good lesson – one that every kitty has been espousing since time began, but no human ever learn it.

I’m not sure it’s ‘grumpy’, that selfie. Looks more like ‘boy, do I have bedroom eyes!” But, of course, that’s just my take…
Oh Ernie I know how you feel…….I still think that humans simply don’t “get it” about us and our naps…….I am sure as I can be that if we came ’round when they’re sound asleep and comfy and took photos of them they would have the grumps too! Come to think of it, humans have the grumps sometimes for NO reason at all!
