Hi guys! As most of you know, last Friday was Dr. Seuss Day where we paid tribute to the wonderful author, poet and cartoonist, Theodore Seuss Geisel. Our friends at 15andMeowing had a fun giveaway to celebrate the day…and guess what? WE WON!
Here’s just a few of the things included in our prize package…a fun Dr. Seuss bag, a catnip Mouse in the Hat (doesn’t he know only cats can wear that hat?!?) and the infamous Cat in the Hat crochet hat just for us. There was also a couple other catnip toys and a Cat in the Hat bookmark, too.
I know, I know…you guys wanna see me try on that hat, right? Well, I’m not feeling it. But this bag looks kinda interesting. I think I’ll try this on instead.
Ack!! This was a terrible idea! I gotta get this thing off of me! (Sorry ’bout the picture quality…but I wasn’t about to do any posing with this thing on my head.)
Whew! That was a close call! I think I’ll stick to playing with this Mouse in the Hat.
Thanks for our fun prize, Miss Ellen! Maybe you’ll see me in the hat next year…but I’m not making any promises. But I will promise…the one thing you won’t see me wearing is that bag!

Oh what a GREAT pile of fabulous Seuss-Stuff you all won! I have one of those great crochet Seuss caps too but have NOT been cooperative in wearing it. Mom may have to heavily drug me to get a photo. LOL I sure won’t wear a bag either….no way!
