The lady with the yellow hair says I’m a lazy player. I get bored with playing quickly. Today she’s trying to entice me into playing more with this fuzzy, feather wand toy.
Okay…I’ll play along….
Sheesh, lady! Shoving it in my face isn’t gonna get me to play with it. Besides, it’s tickling my nose.
This is better. C’mere, you fuzzy thing you.

Okay…I’m done now. I guess she’s right…I am a lazy player.

We all have some lazy in us.
Except for housemate Toby, all the kitties in our home are more or less like wild beasts when it comes to playing. There’s usually lots of whapping and flailing and somersaulting, and of course running really really really fast. It’s even better when you get another kitty to join you, because then the chase is on. Housemate Toby sometimes plays along with this, but when it comes to playing on his own, he’s a lazy player just like you, Zoey!
Oh, darlin’, I am the LAZIEST player you will ever know. Except after dinner when I chase a braided raffia rope around the bed, under the covers, and so on until I get really crazy and hide behind the curtains until mama plays hid and seek and then I walk to the center of the room, bored stiff. So you see, we’re all like that.
Tommy can be pretty lazy, but it really depends on the toy. mom got out a wand toy the other day for Saldano and Wheat and it didn’t get that must interest
We can be lazy too but really we’re laying low to catch the toy off guard before we do a sneak attack and deaded it!
I, Leia, luff to play! Mom says I’m still a kitten half the time. Toby though… he just likes to lay there and watch. Probably an Orange Thing, we think.
William was a lazy player–he would just lie down on the floor whenever there was a wand toy about. And Caroline doesn’t want to play when the rest of us are around so she just sits!

Haha, my boys do lazy play, too, but it really depends on the toy and their mood 🙂
I get to mov’in pretty fast chasing that red dot and I will do anything to catch my peacock feather. TKS is just a crazy fast player. Why she even begs Mom and Dad to chase her up and down all our stairs!
I’m definitely a lazy player…….or maybe just old……….or maybe BOTH!

You’re not lazy–just choosy! 🙂 Abbey and Connor run around and wrestle more than Natasha, but Natasha loves to play with toys. She will even play by herself sometimes.

We all lose interest in anything really fast.
We lose interest quickly, even with toys we love. Then Pierrot plays lying on his side and I just sit away and watch or ignore completely. We used to play for long stretches of time.
Eric was always a lazy player, but I like to play fast and furious. Even now I don’t have much energy, on my good days I still play like that for a few minutes.

I’ve known a lazy player or two in my life with cats but Mudpie is not one of them! She totally throws herself into play sessions 🙂
I’m older now so I have become a lazy player but I do play every day. One thing I love is Da Bird AFTER the feathers fell off. I LOVE just the string hanging down. I play longer and better with that that I EVER did with the feathers. I am not a feather kitty.
That cracks me up. I think Fergus the wild-man kitten is going to be like that when he gets a little older. Even now, he only plays with toys for about 3 minutes before he tries to entice Lucy and Sinead to play, so he can just lie down and watch them.

We have been spoiled by having kibbles to chase cross the floor. Feathers are only of passing interest unless there is food attached. MOL!
Chris has become a lazy eater. I usually have to bring him his bowl and he ea little bit without getting up and then lets Flokie or Puck or Frankie steal the rest.

Aaaaaaaaaw You look so purretty Zoey. As fur me, it kinda depends on da mood me’s in and which toy mommy brings out. Sometimes me doesn’t even lift a paw and sometimes me goes wild. Now Raena…dat girl only has one speed and it’s full out all da time.
