Hey everybuddy. Well, isn’t this sad. Our Christmas tree has been up for a whole week now and this is as far as the mom has gotten decorating it. Look at it! It’s practically nekkid! Just a measly string of beads hanging on it.
Here’s my selfie for this week…with the nekkid tree.
The mom promised she would finish decorating it today. I sure hope so. I need some new toys to play with. Wait…she didn’t hear me say that, did she??

Ernie, our tree also has been up for a week, and Mom finally just got some ornaments on it yesterday…at the very tippy top. That’s it. She might finish it by Christmas so we feel your pain. You did take a terrific selfie, however. Thanks so much from dropping in again this Sunday. Ernie, we are so sad for you that you had to pose next to a Nekkid Tree! We hope this will be a wake up call for your humans to put up ornaments you can knock down as soon as they’re up. But we must say, the green of the tree DOES enhance your gorgeous green eyes…

Our mama is keeping our tree nekkid on purpose but at least we can still climb the tree!
That was one of the reasons why she hasn’t decorated it yet. Though climbing it isn’t as much fun when there’s no toys to get.

Ernie horror of horrors I don’t even have a tree up. There are painters all over the house and all kinds of stuff going on. Mom has been sitting with me in our office so that I don’t get freaked out by all the workers. WE have a ceramic tree, candles, garland, stairs decorated, elec. candles in the window and a wreath. No tree this year. Once the men leave next week mom has to turn into Mr. Clean to get the house back in order before my sis and BIL arrive on 12/23

Aaaaaaw Ernie you be lookin’ handsum as always. and yous twee looks pawsum. We don’t even have one this year. Mommy hasn’t even turned on da lights she left up fur us since last year. My peeps just decorated our yesterday after a full week of nekkid tree.
Ernie, our tree is nekkid too!! Our Mama painted our front room and it took her 4-ev-er to complete!! Now that it is finally done and the furniture is back where it should be, she says she will get to decorating the tree. We are waiting right alongside you Ernie 🙂
