Hey everybuddy. Happy first day of fall. Bleh…it’s not something to be real happy about, is it? Oh, I know…there’s some good things about fall. It’s not so hot, the trees turn purrty colors and it’s fun to watch the leaves as they get swirled around by the wind. But we all know what comes after fall…right? I don’t even wanna think about that.
In honor of the first day of fall, I’m snoozing on one of our comfy blankets. It’s never too early to start breaking in these cold weather napping spots.
See ya, summer! Zzzzzzzzz….

not only is it the first day of fall but it’s supposed to be grey and rainy in our parts all day long. it’s like that great big cat in the sky is doing all possible to remind us summer is way over.

We don’t really have fall in this part of the world. One day it’s summer, the next – winter. We like the purr-ty colours we see in pictures of the fall but We hate it when water starts falling from rhe sky.
Still, the colder weather IS a good excuse for more snuggles with Mummy (mol).

I guess we’re lucky we don’t get any snow, so we don’t have to worry about that part. Although I have yet to meet any snow face-to-face, so who knows? Maybe I would like it!

Chasing leaves? LOVE that! Acorn pawball is lots of fun, too. But there’s something else really special about fall and I think you’ll be able to relate as you’re a marmalade boy, like me… WE MARMIE CATS RULE THE FALL! The trees try to copy our colours and provide the perfect background for us IF we choose to allow the peeps to take our pictures. It’s our season, for sure.

Yep, there are good things about fall, fur sure. Mom brings out my tunnel and that gol darned cat’s meow. I actually sit and stare at it for 30 minutes now.
