Hey everybuddy.  Wally here.  You can see how us mancats are spending the day today.  We had a pretty busy weekend…or at least I did.

You remember I’m a Cat Scout, right?  This past weekend, we had our 3rd Quest.  A Quest is where we hike out and camp and compete in challenges and stuff like that. Me and some of my pals…like Sammy, Spitty, Raz, Dezi and Mauricio…all participated. My patrol…Wally’s Warriors!…didn’t do all that great in the challenges.  We couldn’t find our campsite!  But we did win the Knowledge Bowl…though I’m still not sure how we pulled that one off.

We sure had a lot of fun…hiking and snipe hunting and sitting ’round the campfire. And we ate lots of s’mores.  Whew!  I’m exhausted now!

But I dunno why Ernie’s so tired.  While I was out blazing trails and climbing new heights, he was doing nothin’!

Hey Wally?

Yeah Ernie.

You smell like a campfire.  Phew!

Go back to sleep, Ernie.  Sheesh.
