I’m sitting here enjoying what’s left of the pretty fall colors.  If only this darn window was open so I could get some whiffs in, too!  Pretty soon, all the trees will be nekkid.  One good thing about nekkid trees is that it’s easier to see the birdies in them without all those leaves for them to hide behind!

Have a great weekend, everybuddy!!

  1. Mmmm easy access birds… *dreaming*

  2. Winter is definitely on it’s way, we’ve had snowy rain today.

We like it when it gets colder and it means the birdies start using the feeding station in the garden.

  3. I prefer trees wearing colorful leaves over nekked trees any day.

  4. It is only just above freezing here today – the weather has gone from warm to icy very quickly this year. We will watch the birdies shivering outside and keep warm inside.
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx

  5. if things don’t change, we may all be wanting to JUMP OUT of the window!

  6. Good MEOWNING pretty girl. Same here. xoxoxox

  7. We can see that beautiful tree across the street. The birdies must be freaking out losing their hiding spots day by day. Have a great weekend!

  8. I never thought of it that way Zoey! Way easier to see the birdies!

  9. You have a beautiful view, Zoey. We wishnwr had more colors here.

  10. Hello pretty Zoey! Somebody came in and too most of our leaves too!

  11. That’s a good way to look at the trees soon being nekkid. LOL.

We’re having one last day of summer-like weather today, so our mom left the windows open for us, and the patio door too, a wee bit. Yay!

  12. Great spot for Bird TV, beautiful girl!…Happy weekend, sweet friends…xoxo…Calle, Halle, Sukki

  13. its gettin chilly here too but mom leaves the windows cracked for us (though this week was more like spring than fall)

  14. Same weather here in south Sweden too.
Me too waits for all the leaves to fall off so you can spot the birdies easier 🙂

  15. Those are very pretty colours. The trees close to our house don’t change colour. They are green one day and nekkid the next!

  16. Wow. I love watching the trees. Because there are often birds in them…

  17. I like to see the birdies better too, and trees with fewer leaves make for better squirell watching. Enjoy!! Paw pats, Savannah

  18. Hi Zoey, the autumn color from your window looks very pretty. Enjoy beautiful trees and autumn. We hope you have a wonderful weekend!!

  19. Zoey , you are as pretty as the Autumn colours! Have a great weekend 🙂

  20. You said, “nekkid.” Hee, hee.

  21. Our Mom says that’s something she hadn’t thought about – seeing birds without the leaves in the way. Silly human. We knew that all along! Purrs…

  22. Zoey, we totally agree – and SQUIRLZ too! They stand out real nice against nekkid trees!

  23. I love nekkid trees!!!

  24. We like to see the birds more easily too.

  25. Birdies! Love to watch the birdies!

  26. shirley zoey, we dinna just heer ewe say de B werd….. hope ewe N yur familee haza grate BURD free week oh end !

  27. Well drat. It’s harder to invite the birdies in if they can’t hear you!

  28. Sweet post Zoey!

  29. We like nekkid trees for that reason too! We’ve also discovered that if you paw at the window over and over and over again usually it magically opens (and the beans grumble HBO words). Just sayin.

  30. You look quite lovely there, Miss Zoey. Do you ever hang with the boys? In pictures they are always together and you are always in solitary splendor. Inquiring minds and all, my darling!

  31. Bird TV with no hiding? That must be awesome!

  32. Nekkid trees also means you can see those evil squirrels!

  33. We know what you mean about those nekkid trees, it makes is so much easier to keep track of the pesky squirrels and all the birdies.
    Happy Weekend,
Cindi Lou & The Kitty Krew

  36. Zoey you have the best seat in the house for birdie tv and yes some of the best birdie tv comes when the leaves are gone as I could see the birdie families exciting drama and action.

  37. Oh yeah! I wanna read an innerview with your Dad! Enjoy the pretty colors cos the snow will be here soon. We’re having a Hurricane Super Storm starting tomorrow.

  38. Mum says it is too cold for open windows. Our trees are almost all nekkid.

  39. You’re lucky ‘cuz you still have some leaves to look at. Our trees are pretty much nekked but now we can see the squirrels! Looks like you have a wonderful view.
