Wow!  Lookit all the leaves out there in our yard!
Where’d the grass go??
No wonder they call it fall…’cuz that’s what the leaves do!
The Dad-Guy sure has his work cut out for him today.

I hope he doesn’t need my help…
‘cuz I’m exhausted just looking at all those leaves!

  1. oh my gosh! Ernie, tell him you have appointments all day long!

  2. Me too Ernie, glad all those leaves are in your yard and not ours. That is one heap of raking. But you could just leave them there to protect and help the ground. Just a thought. Take care.

  3. Oh my goodness, who took your grass? Happy Easy Ernie, you’ve earned it!

  4. Your leaves are purrty! We hope you can get some rest today!!! Snoopervising is such hard work.

  5. Just remember, Ernie, there are cat labor laws! Pretty to look at and even more fun to chase and play in.

  6. we don;’t blame you. That looks like an awful lot of work. Best to take a nap.

  7. MOL Ernie
We are cats and we do not do manual labor…
Be sure to keep a watch on the Dad he mustn’t leave one single leaf on your grass.
    hugs Madi

  8. We bet he could use your snoopervision, from the window of course!

  9. You sleek and furry shiny boy, you must get your rest..
    xoxo Kassey

  10. I always tell the boyz they can help me rake by coming out and using their tails to swish leaves into piles. So far no takers.

  11. Wow – that is a lot of leaves!!! Happy fall ya’ll!

  12. Oh, sweet Ernie we don’t envy you all those fallen leaves. Our yard is not quite that full yet but it is getting there. We hope you can sleep right through all the leaf removal and not have to help. Chancy will try to help Mumsy when she gets started on the leaves here. Hugs and nose kisses

  13. Yikes, your grass is all gone! Have a great easy, Ernie!

  14. Our leaves have not started to fall, yet, The acorns have, though and you are right about the Dad having his work cut out for him!

  15. They make a mess but they look lovely.. You enjoy your snooze.. Hugs GJ xx

  16. I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many leaves before!

  17. We kitties are so lucky – we get to kick back and let the humans do the grunt work!

  18. It looks a lot the same here, Island Cats. I think the colors are similar, though not quite as many of the leaves are down yet. I sure hope your Dad-Guy doesn’t expect you to help too!

  19. That will be a huge pile of leaves and a lot of fun to jump in and play with them.

  20. WOW–LEAVES? You guys got em, huh? Most of our trees are still green. My human says, our part of Texas goes from green to brown–in about November… 🙂
And yep—I’d be exhausted too after looking at such leaf-ery!

  21. Those leaves stole your grass! It is exhausting just looking at all of them!

  22. Your poor Dad…Mommy sends her sympathies!

  23. I’d rest up too!

  24. Looking at leaves? Ar you sure you weren’t counting them?

  25. Ernie, you are a cat after my own heart. Nap on, brother!

  26. It might take a big job to move those leaves~
    But, sleep first~~~ hA~

  27. Let the humans clean that mess in the yard up, Ernie. Enjoy your easy.

  28. Everything is still green and in the 80’s here in Texas!

  29. Yikes!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That is a giant bunch of leaves 😮

  30. Someone is going to have sore muscles, but it won’t be Ernie!

  31. That sure looks pretty but I wouldn’t want to do all the raking!

Hey, Ern, how’re you feeling, Big Guy???

  32. ohmigod, Autumn colors in your place is so special!

  33. Ernie’s going to enjoy watching all the work to clean that mess up! We don’t have autumn here — our trees will suddenly remember to drop their leaves in January — so we’re enjoying everybody’s photos as the seasons change!!
