There’s gonna be some strange worker guys in my house today. The lady with the yellow hair says they’re putting the new carpeting in the family room. Well, I don’t like strangers in my house…’specially worker guys. They make way too much noise and it scares me!
I’m staying under here until they’re gone! Let me know when the coast is clear, okay??

But Zoey, there’ll be ham sandwich and cold beer aplenty. Purrr…..meow!
Zoey we think you should tuck your lovely tail out of sight of those strangers – unless you fancy a sip of beer.

Oh Zoey, we don’t blame you for hiding. We hate it when any strangers come in the house. We get UTB and up in the innards of the bed. Hope they go away really soon. Have a great week end.
Looks safe under there – maybe you can get in a few ankles swipes as well if anyone gets too close…..
Zoey… you might want to pull under a little more. They might be able to see you a little. Just take a long snooze today and it’ll be over soon enough.
pawhugs, Max
Derry doesn’t like strangers in our house, either, so he’d be with you, hiding. We hope all goes smoothly so they’re not there the entire day, laying carpet!
Zoey, Nigel says he’s scared of strangers too…he’ll come and hide with you so you aren’t alone under there. Oh….and tuck in your tail my furriend!
We are going to have worker guys out to our house next week. They are going to be here for about THREE days! Yuck, three days of smelly worker people.
Zoey sweet cat – ha ha
That’s ok, our Sadie understands. She feels the same way!
That is a great hiding spot, beautiful Zoey=those strangers in your house will never be able to find you, sweetie…We hope you guys enjoy a happy, lazy weekend ahead, precious friends…xoxo…Calle, Halle, Sukki
We don’t like strangers either Zoey. You might want to hide your tail as well though.
I’m sure da boyz gotcher back Z. Nice nappin spot tho!
xoxo
I’m sorry Zoey that some strangers are coming into your house. Make sure to hide your beautiful tail, too!
Zoey I 100% agree with you. Worker guys are also smelly!! MOL
Madi your BFFF
I hate those worker folks. I hope it is done soon!
Better tuck that floofy tail in, Zoey, or you will be found by the noisy workers. Hope it’s over before you know it.
Tell your mommy to close the door on the room. It’s less traumatic when you can’t see the strangers and hear so much noise. We don’t need another missing kitty in the CB 🙁
Yikes Zoey we don’t like workers in our house either, you just stay under there until they are gone and the coast is clear!!!
Honey, don’t you worry. Your mom and brofurs will look out for you.
Eeek. We don’t like when strange people come to the house either…especially the noisy ones. We hope they don’t stay for too long, Zoey.
Luckily, the carpets had been done when I arrived in my furrever home last year.
I know what you mean about visitors though, can’t be doing with ’em.
Thanks for the kind comment on my blog.
Binga said the worker guys are welcome over here – she would be happy to greet them and supervise their work!
PLEASE do not listen to her, though!
We hate it when workers come into our house too! We would be right there with you!!

I can´t see any kittehs!!!
We don’t blame you! When strange carpet guys were here, Star and Leo were united in STAYING THE HECK AWAY!
Such a cute picture! Zoey seems to be operating under the theory that if you can’t see them, they can’t see you!
Zoey
I hide too when anyone other than Mom or Dad come into the house.
Being formerly feral we have to do this for safety, I know how you feel.
Gracie
Oh yea Zoey, we don’t like those loud bangy humans either and we would be UTB too!
Stranger guys are the worse kind especially when they make lots of noise! We bet they won’t even see you under there Zoey and we sure hope they got out of there fast!
Zoey, we do not like strangers, either. WE like your safe place!
Well you KNOW how I feel about introoders. Cat sitters, dishwasher repairmen, carpet layers… they are ALL EVIL!
Enjoy your UTB getaway.
; ) Katie
Oh My Cod! How did yous gets under there!
Me is so sorry me is so far behind in visiting. Mommy ‘says’ she is too busy. But me thinks me is more important…

Hey Zoey,
We don’t like strangers in our house either, they are too noisy and they smell funny. Miss Cindi likes to hide behind the washing machine, the rest of us hid as far away from the strangers as possible, usually under mama’s bed.
Kisses,
Cindi Lou and The Kitty Krew
Unfortunately those worker guys are a necessary evil that we need now and then. Just stay safe under the bed and all will be well. Let the humans deal with the drama and soon all will be back to “kitty normal!”
Zoey you are so right those workers are so scary with their noisy tools, sometimes I get brave with them. But most of the time they are way too imposing keep there it is a very safe place away from the noise.
Zoey, I don’t blame you one bit. Worker men take furever to do simple things, tromp around with heavy boots and don’t look where they’re going. You are in the safest spot. Good thinking, girlfriend!!
Hugs,
Tom xx
Nobody will spot you there as you are beautifully hidden! We wish you a nice new carpet in record time.
I’m with you. I don’t like strangers in the house…I hide if they’re noisy.
Zoey–I tell ya, if those worker guys saw you, they would be dazzled by your beauty!! Nonetheless–I think you did get a good place–fluffy tail and all. 🙂
Noir
I’m with you, Zoey. I always hide when strangers come into the house.
Spyro
Squeak hates those worker guys too, but Pisi adopts them and won’t leave them alone! Maybe if you stay hidden like that, Zoey, someone will think you’re a squirrel!
Hey Zoey, Benji hates loud noises too. He’d hide under the bed until the “big bad guys” go away.
