Surprise! I bet you didn’t expect to see me today! Well, I’m doing my Formerly Feral post a little early. Y’know why?
Because today is my 4th Gotcha Day!!
Wow, I can’t believe it’s been 4 whole years since I stepped foot in that cage trap that the lady with the yellow hair put out to catch me. I wasn’t happy at the time…but I sure am happy now.
Y’know the best part of being “formerly feral?” The formerly part. Oh, I think I’ll always have a little feral in me, but I can hardly even remember what it was like living outside…in the cold and snow…hunting for my meals. Now I’m an inside cat…safe and warm…never worrying about when or where my next meal will be, though I do miss a good hunt once in awhile. I’m gonna celebrate my Gotcha Day by spending the day snoozing in one of my favorite places…my hammick! Oh yeah!! I got it real good!!
