So, I hear tonight’s a special night…time to throw out the old and ring in the new. Well, I’m gonna ring in the new on my new comfy green cushion that Santa Claws brought me. The lady with the yellow hair put it under this highboy where I like to hide hang out. That was nice of her.
I heard that some strange peoples are coming over tonight…including some little sticky peoples. I don’t like strange peoples, ‘specially sticky ones, so that’s even more reason for me to stay here on my cushion. I hope they don’t try to bother me. They can bother Ernie and that orange stripey cat!

Oh Zoey! I can relate! My Human invited like 10 other Humans over here to watch some ball drop someplace. Huh? Well, whatever. Like you, I’ll be hiding, oops, “hanging out” where they cannot see me or worse, touch me!
