See this big box under our naked Christmas tree?? (Yeah, mom still hasn’t put the toys…I mean ornaments…on the tree!) It’s our Secret Paws package that the man in the bloo shorts brought yesterday!! (‘Cept it’s so cold, he’s not wearing shorts now.)
Mom says we can’t open it yet…we hafta wait until closer to Christmas!! But I told her there’s something alive in there ‘cuz I heard some squeaking coming from it!! What could be in there?!? A mousie?? Or maybe a birdie?? I don’t think I can wait much longer to find out!!!

You must be bursting with excitement and anticipation!

Only 2 more weeks to go and you can rip it open. I hope the birdie or mousie doesn’t die before Christmas.

Hi Ernie…I see you are keeping an ‘eagle’ eye on that package. Don’t you just hate waiting to open a present? I bet it is full of wonderful goodies and fun things.
Can you smell any catnip? If so that must be driving you batty.
So the ornaments are ‘really’ Toys!!! Let the games begin.

Wonder what is insdie? That sure is a nice big box. I don’t think it is fair that you have to wait. My mom has my packace and is saying that I have to wait too. No fair.
December 8th, 2009 at 10:08 am

December 8th, 2009 at 10:23 am

December 8th, 2009 at 10:32 am

December 8th, 2009 at 11:22 am

Waiting is so hard! Maybe you can chew a little hole in the box and take a little peek…
December 8th, 2009 at 11:27 am
We think those noises warrant immediate opening of that package!!!!!
Ma and all of us want to thank you so very much for helping make her
90th so very special. xxxxxxxx
December 8th, 2009 at 11:29 am
Our Moms must be related, because our tree isn’t decorated yet either!
We suggest sitting on top of the box to see if you can feel any vibrations.
December 8th, 2009 at 11:30 am
That is very very exciting! Can’t wait to see what’s inside.
December 8th, 2009 at 12:02 pm
Can’t you claw a corner just a little bit to get a peek? That’s what we would do!
December 8th, 2009 at 1:05 pm
Ooh, a surprise! I hope it’s lots of good kitty treats, but I don’t think a mouse or bird would smell very good, trapped in a box for a week or two. Probably not something you’d want to play with, either–they wouldn’t be moving or squeaking anymore, and what fun would that be?
December 8th, 2009 at 1:10 pm
OPEN IT!!!! We wanna see!!
December 8th, 2009 at 2:43 pm
Oh my gosh! I bet it is a real live mouse!

Oh gosh, you had better open that box real soon if there is something alive in there. It needs to get out of the so you can chase it. What fun. You are going to have a great Christmas.
December 8th, 2009 at 3:59 pm
we think you can open it without any human intervention!
December 8th, 2009 at 4:46 pm
Wow thats a huge package.. I bet you have so many goodies in there.. Mmm Squeeking what can that be.. Hugs GJ xx
December 8th, 2009 at 4:57 pm
Oh noes!!! but Chrissymouse is way too far away!!! I would take a peek at least! hehehe

Thank you for your birfday wishies guys
December 8th, 2009 at 5:40 pm

Oh no, sqeaky-ing! You may end up with real live fresh dead mousies for Chrismouse! MOL Too bad you have to wait… *sigh*
Purrs and hugs,

Tomorrow is closer to Christmas. Can you open it then?
December 8th, 2009 at 7:31 pm
Oh my gosh…how many days to wait?
December 8th, 2009 at 9:41 pm
Do you really have to wait for Christmas to find out what’s in that box? Open, open, open!
December 8th, 2009 at 10:15 pm
You have to wait until Christmas to open it??? The suspense is driving us crazy!
December 8th, 2009 at 10:28 pm
I can’t wait to see what’s in the box!
December 8th, 2009 at 10:39 pm
Nibble an edge and look!
December 9th, 2009 at 1:04 am
Oh no! You have to wait until CHRISTMOUSE??? That’s torture! It’s bad enough that I have to wait until my human gets back from out of town to open up mine, and that’s only a day away! Definitely I agree with some of the other kitties – nibble open a hole. Or better yet, nibble open a hole, then tear the hole even larger with your paws!
December 9th, 2009 at 5:31 am
We too want to know what’s in there so badly. You’ve got to pounce, eh rescue, what is squeeking in there!
December 11th, 2009 at 7:26 am
Hee hee hee hee.
December 11th, 2009 at 7:31 am
Could it be a box of voles? Hee hee hee.
