I’m miffed! Y’see…the mom is abandoning us for a few days…her annual trip to hang-out with her girlfriends. Oh, the dad-guy will be taking care of us and that’s okay. But it’s not quite the same as the mom. He forgets what foods are our favorites and he doesn’t scoop the poop out of our boxes nearly as much as the mom does. I mean, she’s fanatical about it! And he doesn’t help us blog and visit our furiends. But on the other paw, we just might score some pizza or even some KFC again. Mmmmm…chick-hen. Hey, I’m starting to feel better about this already!

WE just know she will bring home some yummy KFC. We sure hope that lady with the yellow hair has one wonderful time. Wish our Person could go with her. Bet they have a good time. We know you will be all right Ernie.

Oh yes, we feel the same way when Mom goes away even for a few hours. We worry about our dinner getting serve on time:) But you are so right, Dad is great at treat dispensing, but shhhh, don’t tell Mom.

You guys have to do a lot of manly stuff to counteract all the girly stuff your mom and her friends will be doing. A bucket of KFC is a great start.
